Hoedex

Hoedex is a personal journal for remembering your encounters and the nationalities of the people you have met. Explore the map, add a date, nickname and note, and place each encounter as a stamp in your passport. Each country counts once toward your progress, even when you record several encounters with people of that nationality. • An offline map with a country and territory search. • Encounters with notes, nicknames and dates that you can edit or delete. • A passport with stamps you can position yourself and achievements unlocked by your entries. • Use without an account to keep your journal on this device. • Optional Apple or Google sign-in to save your journal and restore it on another phone with the same account and provider. • Friends added by code and mutual acceptance. Choose separately whether to share statistics, countries, nicknames, dates or notes. Everything starts hidden except your profile nickname and avatar. • Optional locking with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, light and dark themes, and English and Spanish interfaces. Hoedex Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks passport covers, map and stamp styles, statistics by date and continent, an annual Rewind, and PNG cards to save or share. It also includes a globe with sunglasses and an alternate app icon. No subscription or renewals. The core journal, friends and synchronization remain free. You can restore Pro with the same App Store account used to purchase it. The country of an encounter represents the person's nationality, not where it happened. Hoedex does not request your location. Without an account, your journal stays on this device and is not automatically restored if you delete the app or change phones. With an account, check that your changes have been saved before switching devices. Your private account journal and the profile shared with friends are separate copies.
