Currently serving Florida and California. HOW IT WORKS 1. Photograph what needs to go and describe where it is — a driveway, a third floor, behind a gate. 2. Get an estimate up front, then quotes from independent haulers near you. 3. Choose a hauler and pay securely in the app. 4. Track your pickup, message your hauler, and rate the job when it's done. WHAT YOU SEE BEFORE YOU BOOK • An itemised estimate, with the fee and any taxes shown separately • The hauler's rating and their verified name and photograph • What the cancellation terms are, and what one would cost, before you confirm AT THE DOOR Before any work begins, you see the hauler's photograph and the legal name from the identity document our review team approved — and you confirm it matched. Work cannot start until you answer. Nobody is admitted on a display name they typed themselves. HAULERS ARE CHECKED BEFORE THEY WORK Every hauler on JEMA Move has passed an identity review carried out by our own team, and has supplied a current certificate of motor insurance for the vehicle they drive. A hauler whose cover lapses cannot claim work. PAYMENTS You are charged when you book, for the amount you agreed. If a job is cancelled, the difference is returned. Anything agreed afterwards — a price change you approve, or a tip — is a separate charge you see separately. JEMA Move is a marketplace. Haulers are independent contractors, not JEMA Move employees.
