About
Dosh is a net worth tracker for the UK that does not stop at the number. You type your figures in. Dosh works out what they are worth after tax, what they become by the time you stop working, and what changing one of them would do. WHAT IT DOES One number, kept honest. Property, pensions, investments, cash and debts in one place, with a line showing where it has been. A second home or one you let sits beside the one you live in, each with its own mortgage. Your real rates, not the headline. A 4.10% account that drops to 2.75% after six months is not a 4.10% account, and a rate you pay tax on is not the rate you keep. Dosh shows the twelve-month rate after tax, balance by balance, against your Personal Savings Allowance. What the pension is actually worth. Relief at your own marginal rate, including the Scottish bands, and the tax waiting on the way out. Goals, in pounds and dates. Set a target and a date. Dosh says where it lands on your current course, how far off that is, and what a month more would do. Compare, so a decision has an answer. The same money, in each of your own accounts, by the date you care about. Certain returns are ranked against each other. A return that rests on growth is never given a position, only the figure it would have to beat. Dates that cost money. A bonus ending, a fixed rate running out, a promotional rate lapsing, all listed from a year out with what each one costs. A reminder, on your own schedule. Dosh is only as current as the last figure you typed, so it can ask you weekly or monthly, on the day and at the time you pick. The notification is scheduled on your phone by your phone, and nothing about your money is in it. NOTHING LEAVES THIS PHONE There is no account to make and no server to sign into, because there is not one. Your figures live in a single file on your device that your own backup carries. Nothing is fetched, nothing is sent, nothing is sold, and Dosh takes no commission from anyone. Face ID or your passcode can lock the app, and the figures can be blurred with one tap. WHAT IT IS NOT Dosh does not give financial advice, does not recommend products, names no provider, and does not move money. It states what your own numbers come to and what follows from them. Every projection rests on a growth figure you set, and is an illustration rather than a forecast. THE SUBSCRIPTION One subscription, and it is the whole app. There is no free tier and no advertising. £1.99 a month or £9.99 a year. Cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings. WHAT IT DOES
One number, kept honest.
