Hime

Hime is a personal planner where you and your AI agents work in the same place. Your tasks, notes, events and files live in one workspace. Connect an agent you already use, like Claude Code, Codex or anything that can run a command, and it works in that same workspace. It files things in your Inbox. It writes in your project notes. It asks you a question and waits for your answer. You see all of it happen live. THREE PLACES, NOT TWENTY SCREENS Backlog: everything new lands in one Inbox until you sort it. A note becomes a task, a link gets filed, a task goes to Later or onto a day. Nothing sits unsorted by accident. Today: your day on one card. Events and scheduled tasks on a timeline, a live line showing where you are, and that day's journal note underneath. Yesterday and tomorrow sit on either side. Library: a personal wiki in nested folders. Markdown notes, bookmarks, files and photos, with previews. Top-level folders are projects, and tasks can belong to one. Link any item to any other and see the backlinks on both ends. WORK WITH AN AGENT Hime gives you a setup command. Paste it into your agent and it joins your workspace with its own identity, which you can revoke whenever you like. Hime doesn't supply the model. You bring the agent you already trust. Your agent can create tasks, add to notes, read your Inbox and ask you real questions that show up in the Backlog for you to answer later. It keeps working when your phone is closed. A credential vault, encrypted on your device, holds the logins an agent needs. Face ID is required before anything is shown, and we can't read it. EVERYTHING SYNCS, LIVE Change something on your phone and it's already changed everywhere. There's a web app and a command-line tool, all on the same workspace, all updating as you watch. Your events sync to a dedicated Hime calendar on your iPhone, so nothing else on your device gets touched. Reminders arrive before timed events, and in the morning for all-day ones. BUILT TO BE LIVED IN Markdown everywhere. Search across everything. Archive and restore. Dark mode. Edits merge cleanly, so an agent writing into a note while you edit it doesn't lose either change. PLANS Hime is free to use, with soft limits on projects, notes and storage. Two optional monthly subscriptions add more: Plus lifts the limits and lets your own agents work in your workspace through the Hime command-line tool. Pro adds an agent Hime runs for you, with chat, voice, live calls and a desktop you can watch. You connect your own AI provider account; Hime doesn't supply the model.
