MAKE AN OFFER Send a seller an offer with your preferred price and an optional message. Sellers can accept, decline or counter an offer, and buyers can withdraw pending offers. CHAT AND ARRANGE HANDOVER Message buyers and sellers inside the app to ask questions, agree on a price and arrange an in-person campus handover. This release supports cash settlement between buyers and sellers for physical goods. TAKAS does not process payments or provide escrow in this version.
