About

You know the one. The thing that has been sitting there for months. Every time you look at it, you look away. Cleavora will not ask you to plan it. It asks you a few questions, and then it hands you one thing to do in the next twenty minutes. Not a plan. Not a checklist. One physical move your hands can actually make. It starts where you are stuck, not where the task begins. Most tools assume you know what to do and simply are not doing it. Cleavora assumes the opposite. Before anything else it works out what is actually holding you — you do not know where to start, you know exactly and you are dreading it, there is too much of it at once, or you are waiting on somebody else. What you get handed depends on the answer. One thing at a time. It refuses to hold two. You cannot stack steps up here. There is one on the hook, and until you have done it or cut it loose, there is not another. The refusal is the whole point. Twenty minutes, then you are done. Pull the cord and the clock starts. When it ends you say what happened: you finished it, you got part of it, or something stopped you. Over time it learns what usually stops you and starts asking about that first. It remembers what you actually did. Not what you meant to do. Every session leaves a mark, and the things you have been carrying visibly loosen as you work them. No account. Nothing leaves your phone. Three to five minutes from opening the app to being underway. That is the entire promise.Read more
