SCAN AND PUT YOUR PAGES IN ORDER Capture multiple pages with edge detection, perspective correction and lighting adjustments. Import photos or PDF, JPEG, PNG and HEIC files. In manual organization, preview, rotate, reorder or remove pages before saving. Retake the same page from another angle to help improve local glare. RECOGNIZE TEXT AND ORGANIZE YOUR LIBRARY Recognize Chinese and English on your device while keeping the originals for reference. After scanning or importing photos, the app recognizes text and suggests categories such as receipts, contracts, identity documents, medical records and study materials. Add your own titles, people, reference numbers, tags and notes to organize paperwork your way. FIND DOCUMENTS BY WHAT YOU REMEMBER Search recognized text, titles, tags, notes and document fields. Browse by category and filter by filing or text-recognition status. Use a word or phrase from a receipt, contract or study page to find it in your library. CHECK THE ORIGINAL AND REUSE THE TEXT Compare each page with its recognized text and correct details such as names, dates and amounts. Copy the corrected text for a form or notes, and use it to find the document again in the app. EXPORT, SHARE AND PRINT Create PDFs at original page size, A4, A5, US Letter or US Legal, with dimensions displayed in millimeters or inches. Save or send files through the system share sheet, or print with a compatible AirPrint printer for expense submissions, appointments and study. In the Scan & Archive Messages extension, choose a PDF from Files, preview it and add it to a message draft to share with family or colleagues. MAKE EVERYDAY ACTIONS EASIER WITH SIRI Use Siri and Shortcuts to start scanning, find documents, open your library or change paper units. Capture and arrange a scan draft first, then authenticate at Unlock & Archive. Bilingual in-app guidance helps you set up the shortcuts you use most. TRY A PAGE WITH THE APP CLIP Scan a page or explore the built-in sample to try text recognition and filing. Receive the saved draft in the full app and confirm its import into your library. KEEP A LOCAL LIBRARY AND MAKE BACKUPS No app account is required. Documents stay on your device, with Face ID, Touch ID or device-passcode authentication for library access and automatic locking in the background. Back up selected documents or your whole library, including originals and document details. Restore as new copies for regular record keeping and organization.
