Keep markups, dimensions, issue statuses and photos with each drawing. No Toccobird account is required. MARK UP WITH TOOLS CLOSE AT HAND Add pen strokes, arrows, text, clouds, highlights, lines, shapes and callouts. Adjust colors and line widths beside the canvas, repeat a tool with its saved style, and select, move, copy, delete, undo or redo annotations. ZOOM AND SNAP TO DETAILS Inspect dense linework and return to the whole sheet. In PDFs with usable vector lines, snap to intersections, endpoints and lines. Orthogonal guides help align marks horizontally or vertically. Scanned images have no vector snap targets. MEASURE IN METRIC OR IMPERIAL UNITS Identify scale labels during import, set a scale manually or calibrate against a known length. Clear native PDF scales can be applied automatically; scans, images and ambiguous scales require confirmation. Measure lengths, polylines and areas, or record site measurements separately. Choose mm, cm, m, inches or feet, with areas in m² or ft². Changing a page's units converts existing labels, lists and exports while preserving physical dimensions and calibration. Optional LiDAR capture requires compatible hardware. KEEP ISSUES AND PHOTOS TOGETHER Add numbers, notes, authors, statuses and history to annotations. Attach camera or library photos with captions, filter the issue list and tap to locate items on the drawing. WORK WITH APPLE PENCIL Draw, select, adjust endpoints and erase whole annotations on iPad. Choose Pencil for drawing and fingers for navigation. Compatible double-tap and squeeze actions follow system preferences. The workspace adapts to orientation and window width. SHARE FILES OR AN EDITABLE DRAWING PACKAGE Share the default PDF, basic editable annotations, flattened PDF, PNG, CSV or originals. Issue reports include drawing locations, notes and photos, with page links and automatic pagination for long notes. PDF reader support varies. Export controls remain accessible while selecting pages. Export a complete .tdm package with annotations, photos, scales and project associations. The recipient can use Import Drawings to open it in Toccobird and continue editing an independent copy. Copies do not sync automatically. Older .toccobirdbackup files remain supported. ORGANIZE AND GET STARTED Organize projects, drawing numbers, disciplines, tags and favorites.
