Shipeezi Field

Shipeezi Field is the dock and warehouse app for crews of companies that run their supply chain on Shipeezi. It turns a phone into a receiving scanner: open a booking, scan every carton, see what is short or over, and close the receive, with or without a signal. THE CFS QUEUE - See the bookings waiting at the dock in one list - Each booking shows its reference, order, ETD and whether it has been reviewed - Pull to refresh at any time SCAN CARTONS - Scan carton and SSCC barcodes with the phone camera - Type a code by hand when a label will not scan - Duplicate scans are refused, so a carton is never counted twice - SSCCs are matched whether or not the label carries the GS1 (00) prefix EXPECTED VS SCANNED - Live counts of expected, scanned, short and over cartons for each booking - Over cartons are labelled as on another booking or unknown - Short and over are shown before you close, and closing the receive records the discrepancy as it stands BUILT FOR NO SIGNAL Docks, container yards and the back of a warehouse are where the signal drops. Scans and finished receives are queued on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns. The app shows the connection state and how many scans are still waiting to sync, so nothing is lost and nothing is guessed. You need a Shipeezi account issued by your employer to sign in. It is not a consumer shipping or parcel tracking app.
