About

Log a migraine in two taps. See what sets it off. Take a report to your doctor with a subscription. Migraine Tracker is a headache diary built to be used mid-attack, when reading a long form is the last thing you want. Start an attack while it is happening, mark it over when it passes, and fill in the details later if you feel like it. WHAT YOU CAN RECORD - How bad it is, on a scale you move with one thumb - Where it hurts, on a map of twenty areas of the head - Migraine, or another kind of headache - Aura, nausea, light and sound sensitivity, and more - What you think set it off - Which medication you took, and whether it helped - A note in your own words YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE Home shows this week as a strip, with a dot on every day you logged. The month card counts your migraine days and splits them into mild, moderate and severe, so a bad month is visible without counting anything. WHAT YOUR DIARY SHOWS The Insights tab opens on the month as a calendar, then reads the last four weeks, three months, year, or everything: how many attacks, how long they lasted, which weekday and which time of day they favour, which medication helped most often, and how all of it compares with the stretch before. THE REPORT YOUR NEUROLOGIST ASKED FOR (SUBSCRIPTION) With a subscription, one tap builds a report of the last three months: the month calendars, a table of every attack, your medication, and your MIDAS score. Save it as a PDF or send it as plain text. AIR PRESSURE FORECAST AND ALERTS (SUBSCRIPTION) A falling barometer is one of the most reported migraine triggers. With a subscription, the app charts the pressure for the week ahead where you are, can warn you the morning before a drop, and counts how many of your own migraines began within a day of one, so you can see whether it is a trigger for you rather than assume. The current reading from your phone's barometer is included. NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD No account. Your diary stays on your phone. Export a backup file whenever you want and open it as a spreadsheet. Logging, the calendar and the insights are included. The doctor report and the pressure forecast and alerts require a subscription, which you can cancel at any time. This diary is not a diagnosis.
