TerraStep

TerraStep turns walking into a private field practice of grounding and attention. Log each walk by title, location, date, manual step count, duration, terrain, difficulty, scenery, and weather, then reflect on how present you felt. Build a sensory constellation from what you saw, heard, smelled, felt underfoot, and noticed in your breath. Add an after-walk reflection and mark places as return trails when they deserve another visit. Search the journal across titles, places, and notes, filter by terrain, and sort by date, presence, or duration. The terrain-memory atlas reveals which surfaces you walk most, traces mindfulness over time, compares conditions with presence, and totals walks, manually entered steps, and time. A grounding recipe is derived locally from your most present entries to suggest a gentle next practice. All journal data stays on your device, works offline, and remains editable or removable. TerraStep does not use GPS, HealthKit, automatic step counting, live weather, maps, accounts, ads, or tracking.
