It also keeps count of what is left in the bottle, so you know when to ask for a refill. A QUICK DAILY CHECK-IN Each day, two gentle questions: how did you sleep, and how are you feeling? It takes seconds, and over time it shows how your days are going. YOUR NUMBERS IN ONE PLACE Log your blood pressure, blood sugar, weight and sleep, and note any discomfort — where it is and how strong. Your latest readings sit right on the Home screen, so you and your doctor can see the picture at a glance. YOUR CAREGIVER LIST AND AN SOS BUTTON Add the people who look out for you. Each one gets an invite by email or text, and once they join they can see your check-ins, medications and readings — read-only, and you can remove them anytime. The SOS button on every screen counts down, then phones your emergency contact from your own phone and sends them one text saying you pressed SOS — no one else is contacted.
