About

Recover from surgery or injury with short physical therapy sessions you can do at home, with a plan that adapts to your pain, not to the calendar. Point at a body map to mark where the discomfort is and rate it 0 to 10. From those two answers PhysioAI builds your full program: sessions per week, how long each one runs, which exercises come up today, and how much pain is acceptable while you work. THE PLAN ADAPTS TO YOU You log your pain after every set, and that log drives load and progression. You move to the next phase only when you meet its exit criteria. If pain climbs, the plan steps back. Load never goes up just because a week has passed. WHAT YOU GET - 210 exercises with step-by-step instructions and precautions - 55 programs across 11 regions: neck, lower back, shoulder, upper arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, hip, knee, tibia and ankle - Each program split into phases, with its own goals and exit criteria - A different session every day, so you are not repeating one routine - Most exercises need no equipment; some use a resistance band, chair, wall, mat or cane BUILT ON PHASED REHABILITATION PROTOCOLS The 55 programs, their phases and the rules that decide which exercise comes up each day follow phased rehabilitation criteria. The app applies those criteria to your case from the area you mark and the pain you log. YOUR PROGRESS Weekly average pain against your target, adherence, minutes trained, your streak and completed sessions, with every applied adjustment and the reason behind it. PRIVACY We do not sell or share your data with third parties. No advertising, no third-party analytics, no cross-app tracking. IMPORTANT PhysioAI offers educational guidance and is not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare professional. It is not a medical device. If you have severe pain, fever, loss of strength or any other warning sign, check with a professional before continuing. Cases reporting pain of 9 or 10 require an in-person clinical assessment.Read more
