Casely: Legal Case Manager

Casely puts your firm's matters, tasks, time and client messages on your iPhone. It is the mobile companion to the Casely legal practice management platform, built for attorneys, paralegals and legal administrators who need to check on a case between meetings and court appearances. Sign in with the account your firm already uses at app.casely.cc and your matters, tasks, time entries and client conversations are pulled live from the same Casely workspace. WHAT YOU CAN DO Sign in • Sign in with your work email and password • Enter a one time code from your authenticator app when your firm has multi factor authentication turned on Dashboard • Open matters and pending tasks at a glance • Billable hours logged this month, amount collected this month and outstanding balance • A short list of your own matters and the tasks waiting on you Matters • Search the firm's matter list • Filter by All, Open, Pending, On hold or Closed • Every row shows the matter number, title, client name, responsible attorney and practice area tags Matter detail • Overview tab with client, responsible attorney, practice area, billing type, hourly rate, opened date and next court date • A time and billing summary for that matter • Tasks, Time and Chat tabs for the same matter, so one case sits on one screen Tasks • Filter by My tasks, Pending, All or Done • See the linked matter, priority of High, Medium or Low, and the due date, with overdue items highlighted • Tap a task to switch it between done and pending Time • Log a time entry against a matter with hours, a description and a billable toggle • Switch between My entries and All entries • Running totals in hours and in your firm's currency Messages • Client conversations organised by matter, with the latest message preview • Unread badges so you can see what still needs a reply • Open a thread, read the history and reply. The inbox checks for new messages while you have it open BUILT FOR HOW FIRMS ACTUALLY WORK • The same account as the web app, so there is no separate mobile login to set up • Money is shown in your firm's own currency, so a firm that bills in rupees sees rupees • Data is scoped strictly to your firm. You only ever see your own firm's matters, tasks, time and messages SECURITY • Sign in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain • Every request travels over HTTPS to Casely's own service and nowhere else • No third party trackers, no analytics services and no advertising identifiers • No ads in the app and nothing to buy inside it • Your firm's data is never sold or shared with third parties REQUIRES A CASELY ACCOUNT Casely is a companion to the Casely web app at app.casely.cc, not a standalone product. It shows the matters, tasks, time entries and client messages listed above, not everything the web app holds. Your firm is licensed for Casely as a business subscription arranged with the Casely team outside the app, and accounts are created by your firm's administrator, so there is no sign up here.
