NOTICE CHANGES OVER TIME • Optionally connect Apple Health to read sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, body mass, steps, and active energy. • Log a simple wellbeing score and optional note. • Elemental watches for confirmed changes in actual intake, then compares outcome windows from before and after the change. • When enough data is available, qualifying patterns appear automatically in Insights.
