About

Gradora SIOP runs a complete monthly S&OP / SIOP cycle for a single manufacturing site, on one Mac or iPad, with no server and no account. A demand planner imports seven extracts from the ERP and CRM and leaves with a part-level action list: what to buy and what to build, in what quantity, by which date, under three demand scenarios, with every number traceable to the order, opportunity or forecast that produced it. THE CYCLE, IN TEN STEPS Gather — Import seven files. Review and correct the rows. Ask six departments what changed. Decide — A demand plan of parts by buckets across three scenarios, with your overrides beside the system's figure rather than over it, flowing down the bill of materials to every component. A buy-and-build action list with order-by dates, past due first. A rough-cut capacity check: each work centre's hours against the builds the plan asks for, month by month. Coverage in weeks of supply, with excess and obsolete stock at standard cost. Forecast accuracy on nine metrics at the lag you choose, read out in plain words. Commit — Decisions and assumptions with owners. Publish, which freezes the cycle for good. A meeting pack as a PDF to read and a workbook with live formulas to re-perform. WHAT MAKES THE NUMBER DEFENSIBLE • Every figure traces to the line it came from — select a cell to see its stream split, its source and its override. • Published cycles are immutable. Enforced in the storage layer, not just in the interface. • The system's forecast is never overwritten. An override sits beside it with a reason and an author, so your judgement gets scored later rather than erased. • An override on a finished good is planned into its components too, and the buy it creates says so. • Simplifications are named on the row, not hidden. • Column mappings are remembered per plan, so cycle two is a five-minute job. FORECAST ACCURACY, HONESTLY Nine metrics, scored at named lags against what actually got consumed, with forecast value added measured against a naive baseline — and a note beside each metric saying when it misleads you. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR MACHINE No account. No server. No cloud. No analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry of any kind. The only network request the app makes is StoreKit's subscription check, which carries no planning data. Imported files, plans and published cycles live on the device, and plan archives export as JSON you own. TRY THE WHOLE APP FIRST Every screen, every calculation and a bundled five-cycle sample site are free, with no time limit and no account. A subscription unlocks three things: importing your own extracts, publishing a cycle, and exporting the meeting pack. SUBSCRIPTION Gradora SIOP Pro is offered monthly or annually, with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. FOR MORE THAN ONE PLANNER Volume rates for several planners are supplied as App Store offer codes. Organisations can also buy and assign seats through Apple Business Manager, at the standard rate, using the device management they already have. 1. Version 1.2.0First seen · 27 Sept 2026

What's new in 1.2 • Import a whole cycle at once. Choose all seven files together; each is recognised from its file name and imported in the right order. From the second cycle on, a file whose columns haven't changed skips the mapping step. • Fixed: a file chosen with an Import button could be silently ignored. It is now always imported. • Add a missing part to the item master straight from its exception. The app shows where the part is used and asks for cost and lead time before adding it. • Acknowledge an exception for this cycle, with a note. It is recorded against your name and printed in…
