RepairProof is the intake record a repair shop keeps so a disagreement three weeks later is settled by the file, not by memory. Book a device in at the counter. Photograph it. Tick what works and what does not. Mark the existing cracks and scratches on a device outline. Note the accessories that came with it and whether a backup was offered. Present your own shop terms, take the customer's signature, and hand over a branded PDF intake receipt before they leave. On pickup, mark the ticket collected with an outcome, add the after photos, take a second signature, and print the collection receipt. WHAT IT DOES - Intake in one screen: customer, device, reported fault, quoted price - Functional checklist, Works / Faulty / Untested, per item, editable - Tap-to-mark condition diagram, front and back, five kinds of damage - Camera photos at book-in and again at collection - IMEI and serial by barcode scan or typed in - Optional device passcode, kept in the iOS Keychain and erased automatically when the ticket is collected. It is never printed on a receipt. - Your own terms text, presented and signed, and stored with that ticket as it was on the day - Branded PDF receipts, intake and collection, with your logo and shop name - Parts and labour lines, deposits, seven currencies - Search by customer, phone, device, IMEI or ticket number - Works fully offline. STANDARD AND PRO The standard tier keeps 5 open or 15 saved tickets and shows ads, and its PDF receipts carry a small watermark. Pro removes the caps, the ads and the watermark.
