FieldMand

FieldMand helps construction teams record inspections and site photos against the right project, including when a connection is unavailable. Work on site with the native Field work screen: • Choose a project assigned to your existing FieldMand account. • Complete QA, SWMS and senior-management inspection checklists with Yes, No or N/A answers, comments, findings and an overall result. • See checklist progress and focus on unanswered items or issues that need attention. • Take a site photo or choose selected images from your photo library, then add a caption and notes. • Save incomplete inspections and photo drafts on your iPhone, close the app, and continue later. • Upload when you are ready, see the saved record reference, and open it in your team's workspace. You control when work is shared: drafts do not upload automatically. If an upload is interrupted, retry safely without creating a duplicate record. Photo preparation removes source location metadata before upload. The Workspace tab keeps your existing FieldMand account and wider project-management tools available in the same app. Available projects and actions depend on the access your company administrator has granted. An existing FieldMand account with project access is required. Sign in and load your projects while online before working offline; reconnect at least once every seven days to refresh saved access. An internet connection is required to upload or view online workspace records. Drafts that have not been uploaded remain on that iPhone and are lost if the app is deleted.
