Stay on top of regular work Set up repeat visits instead of adding every date yourself. Choose seasonal changes and pauses to fit the work each garden needs. Get your invoices ready Finish a visit and get its invoice ready while the work is fresh in your mind. Check the charges before issuing it. With a subscription, prepare an email with your invoice attached, ready for you to check and send. Record payments received and see what is still owed. Recording a payment does not collect money.
