About
Boring Exercises is a short workout you can stick with. A few familiar exercises, the same routine each training day, and a calendar that gives you room to miss a day. GET STRAIGHT TO YOUR WORKOUT Choose the 30-day starter challenge, pick a preset, or build your own routine. Then open the app and press start. A session takes just a few minutes. MISSED A DAY? IT HAPPENS Your progress says "12 days done." Miss a day and nothing resets. There's a gap in your calendar, and every day you trained still counts. Your calendar also shows partially completed days. Rest days are rest days. LET THE CAMERA COUNT Prop up your iPhone and follow the placement guide to count supported exercises such as push-ups and squats, or time your plank. Keep your body in view with good lighting. Check and adjust the result before saving it. You can also count reps yourself or use the timer. FOLLOW ALONG Exercise countdowns, automatic rest timers and voice cues guide you through each session. You'll know when to move, when to rest and what comes next. Your phone can stay on the floor. A SHORT LIST, ON PURPOSE Plank, wall sit, push-up, pull-up, squat, dead hang, glute bridge, hollow hold, lunge, farmer carry and calf raise. Familiar moves you learn once. Each exercise includes instructions, your personal best and your recent sessions. A FEW FRIENDS CAN HELP Create a group, see who trained today and keep in touch in the chat. Nudge a friend who missed a session and follow everyone's progress on one shared calendar. ON YOUR WRIST. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN. Start and control sessions on your paired iPhone from your Apple Watch. Add Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, follow your workout with a Live Activity and set reminders that fit your day. Optionally save workouts to Apple Health. The app does not request access to read your Health data. ONE SUBSCRIPTION, THE WHOLE APP A monthly or yearly subscription includes rep counting, guided sessions, workout history and groups. Eligible Apple Accounts can start with a seven-day free trial. Apple shows your offer and local price before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. To avoid a trial renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your Boring Exercises account does not cancel your subscription. PRIVACY Your workout log is stored on your phone and syncs to your account. Camera counting happens on your device; those camera frames are not uploaded. Group photos you choose to share are uploaded separately. No ads, and no data is sold or shared for advertising. Usage analytics use a pseudonymous account identifier, and crash reports can include your account ID. Turn off app analytics and crash reports with "Share diagnostics" in Settings. Delete your account in Settings > Account. Questions? hello@boringexercises.com Privacy Policy: https://boringexercises.com/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://boringexercises.com/terms/Read more
