About
Desired is strength training that starts from who you are. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED: Desired is a subscription app. Creating your account, answering the set-up questions and previewing your first week are free. Everything else described below — the full plan, the movement library, express sessions, the daily check-in, the calendar and the training log — requires a Desired subscription: £6.99 a month or £29.99 a year, charged to your Apple ID. Tell it what you're training towards — more feminine, more masculine, androgynous, your own mix, or still exploring — and which regions you want to build, keep or leave alone. Tell it, only if you want to, about hormones, binding or tucking, periods, or surgery. Then it builds a plan that follows through. YOUR PLAN, TWO MONTHS AHEAD (subscription) • Real weekdays, real dates. Month two is planned now, not later. • Surgery coming up? Training carries on until two days before, rests around the date, then returns as recovery walks and rebuilds stage by stage — with the reason written on every week. • Just had surgery? The first weeks are walks, the next are light, then the full plan comes back as you're cleared. Your surgeon's instructions always take priority. • Binding today? Overhead and carry work comes off, a posture reset goes on. BUILT AROUND YOUR BODY (subscription) • 158 movements with photo guides, what to feel, and starting loads. • Per-region intent: build, maintain, or lean out. • Leave-alone areas are kept light everywhere — even in quick workouts. • Express 10/15/20-minute sessions, at-home no-kit, mobility resets and single-region focus, all filtered by your context. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your plan, logs, check-ins and body context stay on your phone. The account holds your email and subscription status, nothing else. • No analytics. Optional Face ID lock, one-tap export, one-tap account deletion. MADE TO FEEL LIKE YOURS (subscription) • A daily check-in that adapts the session — lighter, a walk, or rest. • A calendar of every day you trained, down to the set. • Choose the imagery you see, or none at all. WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PAID • Free: account, set-up questions, a preview of your first week, account deletion. • Subscription (£6.99/month or £29.99/year): every feature listed above. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Desired gives general fitness information, never medical advice or hormone dosing.
