About
RackWeek keeps one lifting week on the board. Choose a ModeCard — PPL, Upper / Lower, 3-on-1-off, or 4-day — or Ask for this week. Review the streamed SplitCard, tap Pin this week's split, then Check in / Stamp this session on Today. A guided SessionRunner walks the day. Coach answers from your week and check-ins; Talk this week and BodyNotes feed the next pin. Optional photos are lift, rack, or gym setup — not faces. No account. No in-app purchases on this tip. No App Tracking Transparency prompt. Camera, Photos, mic, and Speech ask only when Talk or Coach attach is used. Continue / Start coaching before any DeepSeek send; Not now keeps the board local. Rack settings open Privacy, Terms, and Support. Not Kids. Not medical advice.Read more
