The Perfect Dab

The Perfect Dab is a temperature calculator for concentrates and flower. Tell it what is in your product and it gives you a target temperature, a range, and a confidence level, with a plain-language note on why. Terpenes and cannabinoids boil at different temperatures, so the number depends on the product, the device and your elevation. How it works Three ways in. No account, and nothing is required. Scan a label: point the camera at a lab label. The text is read on the phone and the photo never leaves it. Correct any misread value on the review screen. Find strain: search a catalog of 4,099 strains built from 28,805 lab-tested products. Results are based on general strain information and may vary from your product. Pick from lists: choose Concentrate or Flower, a type such as live rosin or cartridge, then terpenes and cannabinoids with sliders. Skip anything you do not know. The result is a target on a dial, a range, and a confidence level. Switch between °F and °C, lean toward Flavor, Balanced or Vapor, nudge the number up or down, and read the explanation. Concentrates and flower Dab rigs, e-rigs and e-nails, and dry-herb vaporizers with their own lower range: 30 devices, each with its own setting. Boiling points are corrected for the elevation you set in Settings; the app never reads your location. Your library Sessions stay on the phone with a short feedback form: heat, flavor, vapor density, harshness, rating. After five sessions your terpene fingerprint unlocks. Privacy Guest only: no account, no sign-in, no email. Label photos never leave the phone. Every privacy switch ships off, including scan contribution and product analytics. No ads. No third-party SDK except Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition, which reports anonymous performance metrics to Google. Nothing you search or scan is shared with anyone in this version. If you turn on "Help build the product database", the numbers on a label you scanned join the shared catalog with nothing that points back to you. Delete all local data from Settings at any time.
