Mitos is a private, local-first mood diary designed to make daily tracking simple and structured. Track mood, sleep, symptoms, medication adherence, physical activity, significant events, and other personal patterns over time. Review your history, explore trends, and use your own warning signs and action plans to support reflection and conversations with your care provider. Your diary stays on your device. Mitos does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics, and does not operate a cloud database for your diary data. Mitos also includes a clinician-friendly summary that presents factual information you have recorded, making it easier to review patterns or discuss them with a care provider. Mitos does not diagnose episodes, predict illness, or recommend treatment.
