About
Say goodbye to setting early alarms and fumbling with oral thermometers. Wantemp turns your overnight sleeping wrist temperature into a clear basal body temperature (BBT) curve. Open the app to see three things: when your period is likely, whether ovulation shows up on the chart, and whether you’re in a fertile window. Data stays on your iPhone—no account, no ads. Wantemp is not a community app and not a medical device. It uses inspectable biphasic rules (6 low / 3 high) so you can check the shift yourself. You can also log fever, alcohol, or late nights that may disturb temperature readings. You can: • Log period flow, LH tests, symptoms, and intimacy on a calendar • See follicular, luteal, menstrual, and fertile-window phases at a glance • Review sleep temperature and resting heart-rate trends • Quick-log from your watch; glance via Home Screen widgets and Dynamic Island • Use phase-based encyclopedia, recipes, and relaxation audio (not a substitute for care) • Export a cycle summary for your clinician • Send partner notes that omit temperature and period details • Lock the app with Face ID; keep backups on your device If your period is late, you have severe pain, or you have PCOS or other conditions, talk to a clinician. Wantemp does not diagnose, treat, replace pregnancy tests, or serve as reliable contraception. Automatic overnight wrist temperature needs a compatible watch (Series 8 or later, including Ultra) with Sleep Focus on. Manual entry works without a watch. Grant Health access to get started. All processing is on-device.Read more
