The built in assistant can answer questions about your genetic traits, nutrition, fitness, skin, mind, and behaviour, using your personal report as a source. You can tap one of the suggested questions or type your own. A FITNESS PLAN THAT FITS YOU Answer a few questions about your goals, how many days a week you can train, what equipment you have, how hard you like to train, and any injuries. Genelle then creates a personalised 4 week fitness plan based on your goals and takes into account genetic traits related to muscle type, lactase activity, and metabolism. We do not sell your data or share it with insurers, employers, or advertisers. You can access the privacy policy and terms in the app, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it.
