About

Your gut has patterns. This app helps you actually see them. Snap a photo of what you eat and it's logged automatically — no manual food diary, no typing out every meal. Pair that with your bathroom experience, symptoms, sleep, water, and steps, and the app quietly builds a picture of what's actually connected, instead of you trying to remember what you ate three days before a bad stretch. WHAT IT TRACKS Meals — point your camera at food and it's identified and logged, flagged for FODMAP, histamine, and common allergen relevance Bathroom experience — Bristol scale, urgency, pain, and color notes, with a gentle nudge to see a doctor when something looks worth flagging Symptoms — bloating, cramping, reflux, nausea, and more, logged in one tap Water — a simple 1L/day reminder split into manageable glasses, synced with what you actually drink Sleep, steps, heart rate, and the rest of what your iPhone and Apple Watch already measure, pulled in through Apple Health SEE THE PATTERNS The Insights tab charts your bathroom experience over time and surfaces the common denominators behind your worse days — which foods, how much water, how little sleep — so you're working from evidence instead of guesswork. A Health Score gives you one number for how the day is trending, built from your own logged data. APPLE WATCH Log a glass of water or check today's score right from your wrist. Your Watch and iPhone sync directly with each other — no cloud, no account required. SHARE WHAT MATTERS Generate a clean two-week PDF summary of your stats to bring to a doctor's appointment or share with someone who's helping you figure things out. BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY Everything is stored on your device. There's no account to create, no ad tracking, and nothing is sold or shared. The only data that ever leaves your phone is a location coordinate for a weather check and a plain food name for a nutrition lookup — never a photo, never your health data. This app is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition — it's here to help you and your doctor have a more informed conversation. (The WHAT IT TRACKS etc. section labels are plain bold text, not markdown — App Store Connect's field doesn't render formatting, so just type them as regular caps text like that when you paste it in.) I kept the medical-device disclaimer at the end deliberately — it's standard practice for a health-adjacent app and reduces review friction. Want me to soften or drop anything (e.g. the disclaimer, or the "gentle nudge to see a doctor" phrasing), or emphasize a different feature more heavily? (This app does not replace going to the doctor, it only helps to log your bathroom breaks to find patterns that might help with you figuring out what causes a bad bathroom experience)Read more
