About
ApexSet is a fast, offline-first workout tracker built for people who lift and want their data to actually mean something. Log a set in one thumb. Tap a field, type the number, done: a custom numpad, a rest timer with a Live Activity countdown, and inline history so you can see last time's numbers while you log this time's. Templates that remember your structure. Build a template once (exercises, order, set counts) and starting a workout from it pre-fills everything, ready to log. A calendar that shows your training, not just a list. History opens on a month view with a dot for every workout day; tap a dot to jump straight to that session. Stats that go beyond your own history. ApexSet charts your e1RM over time, then compares it against real population strength standards (Beginner through Elite), so you know not just whether you're improving, but where you actually stand. Body composition, tracked alongside your lifts. Optional Apple Health integration charts your bodyweight and BMI over time, right next to your strength progress. Finally, a helpful 1 Rep Max calculator (e1RM) to help you compare your lifts across different weights. Your data stays yours. Everything is stored on your device. No account, no login, no ads, no analytics, nothing sold or shared, ever. Import or export anytime via CSV.Read more
