Squarecut: Feet Inch Calc

Squarecut is a feet-inch-fraction calculator for people who build things. Type a measurement the way you write it, 12' 3-1/2", and get an answer you can cut to. EXACT, NOT ROUNDED Every length is held as an exact fraction and only rounded when it is shown, to the fraction you work in: sixteenths for framing, thirty-seconds or sixty-fourths for finish work. Divide eight feet into thirds and multiply back and you get eight feet. When an answer will not fit your fraction, the app says so with a ≈ instead of quietly rounding. THE CALCULATOR IS FREE.
