About
Small steps. Clear plans. A routine that fits your life. Adaptive Metabolic Reset (AMR) is a guided 30-day wellness program from Adaptive Health Intelligence LLC. Choose a goal, explore your everyday routines, and try manageable changes at your own pace. CHOOSE YOUR GOAL Build more consistency. Understand your daily patterns. Create a simpler wellness routine. Practice restarting without judgment. Each of these goals has its own 30-day pathway, with a different daily focus, actions, questions, and suggested responses. Or write your own general-wellness goal and follow a structured pathway for clarifying, observing, and practicing it. FIVE WELLNESS AREAS Explore food, hydration, movement, rest, and stress awareness through Nourish, Hydrate, Move, Restore, and Regulate. Adapt activities to your ability, schedule, resources, and care plan. FOUR SIMPLE STEPS Learn: Read a practical idea connected to your goal. Act: Try the activity or a smaller version. Notice: Reflect on what happened, including what did not fit. Track: Choose how the day went and save your entry. Suggested answers make it possible to respond without typing. Choose "Other - write my own" to share your perspective. Reflection questions and confidence ratings are optional. Trying, adapting, observing, and pausing can all be recorded. Revisit any day when it helps. A CLEAR 30-DAY PATH Days 1-5: Define your goal and a realistic starting point. Days 6-10: Observe your current routine. Days 11-16: Explore barriers, supports, and possible patterns. Days 17-23: Test small changes. Days 24-30: Choose what to keep and prepare for interruptions. The journey follows DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control. AMR uses this quality-improvement process as a practical structure, not a clinical treatment method. YOUR PROGRESS AND 30-DAY REPORT Open a progress report while you work through the program. After all 30 program days are recorded, review your 30-day report. See how you recorded your days, revisit saved reflections, and review the continuation plan you chose. Follow links back to the original day entries. Reports summarize your answers, not your metabolic health. They do not prove habit formation or health benefits. Export your report or a fuller record of your answers as a PDF. Explore clearly labeled fictional examples without replacing your own entries. YOUR ENTRIES, YOUR CONTROL No account is required. Entries are stored on your device, not automatically sent to our company. The core program works offline; external resources need internet access. Set an optional daily reminder with your permission. Save and restore a JSON backup, or start another pathway while keeping earlier records. A PDF is a readable copy, not a restorable backup. Exported PDFs are not password-protected, and JSON backups are not encrypted. Keep copies private. GROUNDED IN BEHAVIOR-CHANGE THEORY Selected Health Belief Model and Social Cognitive Theory concepts shape questions about personal benefits, barriers, cues, confidence, planning, and self-observation. The evidence library includes references and their limitations. Theory-informed design does not mean AMR has been clinically validated. OPTIONAL COMPANION PRODUCTS Use AMR independently or alongside the Insulin Reset app and The Insulin Reset e-book. They are separate products, not included or required, and do not automatically synchronize with AMR. IMPORTANT WELLNESS INFORMATION AMR provides general-wellness education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not manage diabetes, assess insulin resistance, interpret glucose readings, prescribe fasting, or recommend medication changes. It does not promise weight loss or disease reversal. Follow your clinician's guidance. Adapt or skip activities when needed. Start small. Notice what fits. Keep learning.Read more
