LUXscan

LUXscan is the iPhone scanner for LUXplan, the floor plan app for real estate photographers and agents. Walk a whole floor at the property with your iPhone's LiDAR and send it to LUXplan on your iPad, where it lands as walls you can drag into place. HOW IT WORKS • In LUXplan on the iPad, choose Scan with LiDAR, then iPhone. LUXplan shows a six-character code. • In LUXscan, tap Start scanning and walk the whole floor in one scan, keeping the walls in view, then tap Done. • Type the code and tap Send to the iPad. The floor appears on the plan. • Scan the next floor, or share the scan file with AirDrop instead. WHAT YOU NEED • A Pro iPhone with LiDAR, iPhone 15 Pro or a later Pro, for the memory to scan a whole floor. • LUXplan on your iPad to draw the finished plan.
