LUXplan: Real Estate Plans

LUXplan is the floor plan app for real estate photographers and agents. Draw the floor plan and site plan on your iPad while you are at the property for the shoot, and send the finished plans to the agent with the photos. Requires Apple Pencil. No subscription. DRAW IT YOUR WAY • Sketch with Apple Pencil. Walls straighten and line up, and LUXplan picks out doors, windows and fixtures as you draw. • Apple Pencil shortcuts: double-tap to switch to Select and back, squeeze Apple Pencil Pro for your tools, hover to see where a room will start, and feel a tap as walls snap into line. • Scan rooms with LiDAR on iPad Pro, or with the free LUXscan app on iPhone 15 Pro or later, and the walls land on the plan ready to adjust. Record a laser measurement against any scanned wall. • Photograph an existing builder's plan and let LUXplan read its walls, doors and rooms for you. SITE PLANS AT TRUE SCALE Search the address and draw over the aerial photo at true scale: the house, boundaries, driveways, paths, lawns and gardens. ROOMS THAT NAME AND MEASURE THEMSELVES • Room sizes and areas are worked out from the walls. • Choose room names from a list, or type your own. • In an open living area, mark where the kitchen ends. • Metric or imperial. FINISHED PLANS When the job is done, buy the export in the app and LUXplan prepares clean pages of your floor plan and site plan, on their own, side by side and together, ready to save or send to the agent. Finishing the same job again later is free. YOUR JOBS, KEPT Drawings are saved on your iPad as you go, drawing works offline, and your recent jobs open again right where you left them. Sign in with Apple to buy exports. There is no password to remember, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.
