Sable: Period Tracker

Sable is a period and cycle tracker built on one promise: your data stays yours. There is no account to create, no ads, and no third-party analytics code in the app. Everything you log lives on your iPhone, and syncs only if you turn on your own private iCloud. HONEST PREDICTIONS Most trackers give you a single date and call your cycle "late" when it misses. Sable learns from the cycles you log and shows a realistic range that narrows as it learns. If you connect Apple Health, wrist temperature from Apple Watch confirms ovulation after the fact and tightens the next prediction. Past the expected date, Sable says "longer than your usual" and keeps counting. It never says "late". Turn on iCloud backup and it goes to your private iCloud database, which Apple encrypts, end to end if you use Advanced Data Protection. Export or delete everything at any time.
