About

Most symptom trackers ask you to make an account, then let you record that something happened "today". Neither of those helps at 3am, and neither of them helps in a ten-minute appointment. MenoKeep does two things properly: it records exactly when a symptom happened, and it turns months of those moments into a single page a clinician can read in under a minute. NO ACCOUNT. EVER. There is no sign-up screen, because there is no server holding your journal. You open the app and you log. Your entries stay on your iPhone, and if you turn on iCloud they sync through your own private Apple container — one we have no way to read. No analytics, no advertising SDK, no third-party tracker. LOGGED IN ONE SECOND One large button on the home screen. Tap it and the moment is recorded, to the minute, with no form to fill in. Add intensity, symptoms or a note afterwards if you want to — or don't. A diary you can keep for months is worth more than a detailed one you abandon in a week. THE TIMING IS THE POINT "Roughly every day" and "at 02:40, 04:10 and again at 05:30" are different pieces of information, and only one of them is useful. MenoKeep keeps the second kind. Your history fills in by intensity, and an hour-by-hour chart shows which part of the day — usually the night — is actually being wrecked. A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN USE Choose a period and export a clean PDF: episodes per day, how many happened overnight, your worst hours, which symptoms you logged, and how faithfully you have taken your treatment. Hand it over, email it, or print it. There is nothing for them to install and nothing to explain. TRACK WHAT YOU ARE TAKING Log HRT or anything else — gel, patch, tablet or spray. Record doses, rotate patch sites, note refills, and see the adherence figure that comes out of it. That number belongs in the same conversation as your symptoms. BUILT FOR HOW MENOPAUSE ACTUALLY GOES - 18 symptoms out of the box, across body, mind and intimate health, plus any of your own - Backdate an entry and it keeps the time you actually felt it - Look back across months, not a rolling seven days - No periods any more? Turn cycle tracking off entirely and nothing nags you - Works offline, everywhere WHAT IT COSTS The free tier does not expire and has no entry cap: log as much as you like, forever, including custom symptoms and treatment tracking. Pro adds your full history beyond the current month and the PDF report. MenoKeep is a personal journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician.
