About
Most trackers count millilitres. HydroTrue counts what actually reaches you. Every drink carries a hydration factor — the share of its volume that ends up hydrating you once caffeine, sugar and alcohol are taken into account. Water is 1.00. Coffee is less. Wine is negative: it takes water away. Log a drink and you see two numbers, not one: what you drank, and what counted. WHAT YOU GET • 45 drinks ready to log, each with its own factor, caffeine, sugar, alcohol and calories • One tap to log the drinks you have most — the list reorders itself around your habits • A ring that fills with a band per drink, so you can see at a glance where your day came from • Caffeine still on board, modelled on a five-hour half-life, and a flag if there will be too much at bedtime • Alcohol in US standard drinks, sugar in grams, calories from what you drink • A week of trends showing raw volume against effective, and plain-language notes on what changed • Reminders anchored to your last drink, not to the clock — log something and the whole ladder moves back • A home screen widget with your day and a one-tap glass of water BUILT AROUND A GOAL THAT FITS YOU Your target is worked out from body weight, activity and climate, and it is stated in effective hydration — so raw intake usually needs to be higher. Change any of it, or set the number yourself. YOURS TO ADJUST Every factor is editable. Disagree with what we assigned to your cold brew? Move the slider, or let the estimator work it out from caffeine, sugar and alcohol content. Add drinks we missed. WORKS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Everything runs offline and stays on your device. Create an optional email account only if you want your history to survive a new phone — and delete your account from inside the app whenever you like. English and Spanish. Ounces, millilitres or cups. Light and dark. HydroTrue is a tracking tool, not a medical device.
