Ghyd Partners

Ghyd Partners is the app for the people who deliver Ghyd trips — the private chefs, boat captains, guides, drivers, grocery shoppers and property partners who work with Ghyd in Costa Rica, Panama and beyond. New to Ghyd? Create an account in the app and tell us about your business — where you work, your company, how to reach you. The Ghyd team reads every application and opens the app for you when it's approved. Already work with Ghyd? Sign in with the email Ghyd has for you. Once you're in, your Ghyd work is in one place: • Today — what needs an answer, what is coming up, and who has written, in one glance. • Bookings — every job Ghyd has shared with you, upcoming and past. Open one to see the guests, the date and time, the meeting point on a map, and the guest's order — drawn as pictures of the dishes for a chef. • Say yes or no — accept a booking from your phone, or decline it with a reason so the team can rebook. • Calendar — your Ghyd jobs by day, week and month. • Messages — one conversation per group, with the guests and with the Ghyd team. Send a photo of the dock or the dish, or share where you are with a single tap. • Journeys — drivers can share a live journey to the villa so the property manager can see when the group will arrive. It starts when you tap start and ends when you tap stop. • Earnings — what you have been paid and what is scheduled, by year. • Your profile — the photo, cover and introduction our members see when they book with you. • Offer something new — submit an experience to the Ghyd team, with your own pricing. Submit as many as you like; each one is reviewed before it goes in front of members. • Notifications — a new booking and a message. You choose which. Available in English and Spanish. An optional Face ID lock keeps your bookings and guests private if your phone is handed to someone else. Ghyd Partners is for Ghyd's contracted vendors and partners.
