About

You train all week. You eat clean at home. Then one dinner out undoes it, and not because you stopped caring: a menu tells you nothing. No calories, no macros, no way to tell which dish is the light one, and about thirty seconds to decide while everyone else is ordering. Verdict reads the menu for you. SCAN ANY MENU, ANYWHERE Point your camera at a printed menu. Verdict reads the dishes, estimates calories and macros, and scores each one against your numbers. Green, amber, red. No typing, no searching, no database to hope for. Scanned figures are labelled as estimates every time they appear. CHAIN MENUS, ALREADY DECODED Chipotle and Panera are built in, item by item, from each brand's own published nutrition document. Those are restatements of the brand's numbers, not estimates, and they are marked differently for exactly that reason. FIX THE ORDER YOU ALREADY WANT Verdict does not tell you to have the salad. You tell it what you were about to order, and it gives you back the same order, repaired: the swaps to ask the server for, the calories and protein before and after, and the reason behind each one. SCORED AGAINST YOU, NOT AN AVERAGE Your height, weight, goal, timeline and activity level produce one number: what a meal out can cost you. Every badge in the app is measured against that number. Change your goal and every score changes with it, immediately. TUNE HOW HARSH IT IS A severity dial from easy to strict. It genuinely moves the scores. It is not a label. DIET AND RESTRICTIONS Keto, vegan, carnivore, pescatarian, plus anything you will not eat. A dish you cannot have is excluded outright and told to you as a reason, never buried inside a score. RESTAURANTS NEAR YOU Allow location once and Verdict lists the chains around you. Refuse it and the full search list is still there. Location is a shortcut, never a requirement. WHAT VERDICT DELIBERATELY IS NOT No food log. No barcodes. No portions to weigh. No daily calorie budget, because Verdict only ever sees your restaurant meals, and a ring that ignored what you ate at home would be lying to you. No streaks and no red days. Verdict judges the dish, never you. No account and no sign in. Your numbers stay on your device. Open it at the table, get the verdict, put it away.
