About
You need to do the maths while your hands are busy — cooking, at the counter, waiting at the wheel. Talk to VoiceCal and it writes. Say "twenty three plus fifty three times eighty five". The screen shows both what it understood (23 + 53 × 85) and the running result. Misspoke? You do not start over — say "sorry, minus eighty five" and VoiceCal replaces the last step. THE STEP PANEL Every step you say is listed like a till roll, with the running subtotal on each line. Say a hundred operations and all of them are there. Tap a line to copy its subtotal. NATURAL CORRECTIONS • "sorry", "no wait", "I mean" — replaces the last step • "undo", "delete that" — removes the last step • "clear", "start over" — begins a new calculation • "equals", "what is it" — finishes it, and you can keep going from the result WHAT IT UNDERSTANDS The four operations, percentages, square roots, squares and powers, decimals ("three point five"), fractions ("one over two"). English and Turkish. Digits or words, either way. It reads speech as arithmetic, not as conversation: leave the app open and the talk around you will not corrupt your calculation. TWO MODES, ONE LEDGER Voice mode is small and quiet. One tap switches to a classic keypad — brackets, percent, square root, powers. Both modes share the same ledger: start by voice and finish by key, or the other way round. Switching never resets your calculation. APPLE WATCH — INCLUDED The watch app comes with your purchase and installs together with the iPhone app. It runs on its own — no iPhone nearby needed. Tap Speak, say it, see the result; steps and history scroll with the Digital Crown. PRIVACY For languages with an on-device speech model, recognition happens entirely on your device — audio goes nowhere and no internet is needed. For languages without one, system recognition is used, and the app says so: a "Server" badge sits above the microphone. You can turn on "On-device recognition only" in Settings to refuse the fallback entirely. VoiceCal asks for no account, shows no ads and collects no data.Read more

WHAT IT UNDERSTANDS
The four operations, percentages, square roots, squares and powers, decimals ("three point five"), fractions ("one over two"). English and Turkish. Digits or words, either way.
