About

EndoFriendly is a private, all-in-one symptom and cycle diary built specifically for endometriosis, IBS, chronic pelvic pain, and everything that comes with it — pain, periods, digestion, mood, food, and more. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no login, no cloud. Every entry stays on your device — always. Export a report when you want to share it, and only when you choose to. TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS • Pain — body map, intensity scale, quality (stabbing, cramping, burning…) and accompanying symptoms • Food & intolerances — log meals and ingredients, automatic histamine/fructose/lactose/gluten/FODMAP/salicylate flags • Digestion — Bristol stool scale, Rome IV criteria for IBS-type symptoms • Cycle & bleeding — period strength (PBAC), color, contraception • Mood, medication, urine, intimacy, weight, activity, and hydration SEE THE PATTERNS EndoFriendly turns weeks of entries into insight: trigger-pattern correlations between food and symptoms, a flare-risk estimate from your recent days, and a searchable "why does this happen" lookup for any symptom. READY FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT Generate a free CSV export of your cycle, pain, and symptom history any time. EXTRA CARE, BUILT IN • Home screen widget for one-tap logging • Optional PIN/Face ID app lock • Light and dark mode • German and English PREMIUM Everything above is free. Premium additionally unlocks: unlimited history in every analysis, a PDF doctor report, recipe discovery, and barcode product lookup — as a subscription or one-time purchase, cancel anytime in your App Store account. EndoFriendly is a personal diary and analysis tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace seeing a doctor.
