ARUN Booking is the guest app for hotels running ARUN Hotel OS. Book a room, arrive without queuing, and handle everything during your stay from your phone. BOOK IN A FEW TAPS See real availability and the hotel's own prices, with taxes and fees shown before you pay. Choose your room type, add extras such as a room upgrade, airport transfer or late check-out, and pay by PromptPay QR, by card, or at the hotel. ARRIVE WITHOUT QUEUING Fill in your details before you travel and photograph your ID or passport — the app reads the fields for you, and you check them before saving. On arrival, show your check-in QR at the desk or the self-service kiosk and your booking comes up instantly. DURING YOUR STAY Order food and drinks to your room from the hotel's real menu, with live kitchen status and delivery time. Sign the bill to your room, pay by PromptPay in the app, or pay the staff on delivery. Book a table at the restaurant, ask housekeeping for what you need, and message the front desk — staff answer in the app, with photos if that helps. YOUR POINTS, EVERY HOTEL One ARUN ID signs you in at every hotel on the platform, without a second code. Each hotel keeps its own points, tier and rewards, and you see them all in one place. Points are earned from stays, restaurant bills and food or services charged to your room. Points are never sold. SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES Browse what the hotel and its partners offer — spa, tours, transfers, dining nearby — and send a request. The hotel confirms it and you pay the hotel. BEFORE YOU LEAVE See your bill line by line, settle the balance, and share a clip of your trip with the hotel if you want to. PRIVACY Browsing needs no account. An account is only needed to hold a booking, because the hotel must register its guests. You can delete your account in the app at any time: Account > Delete account. Your ID photograph is deleted immediately, and your profile, points and preferences at the hotel are deleted within 30 days — you can cancel the deletion during those 30 days.
