Tillsheet: Count Money

Most cash apps are calculators. Tillsheet is a close-out. Count the drawer note by note and coin by coin, and the app does the rest: it holds the opening float and the takings your register reports, works out what SHOULD be in the till, and shows the difference — over, short, or exact. Then you sign it, and the protocol is filed for good. COUNT • A row for every note and coin of your currency, largest first • Type a pile at once instead of tapping a coin fifty times • Eight currencies, each register with its own • Everything is saved as you go — close the app mid-count and come back RECONCILE • Opening float + takings − drops − payouts = expected • The difference is never hidden: over, short, or exact to the cent • Set a tolerance so tiny differences read as fine • Blind count: the expected amount stays hidden until you confirm your total • Record cash you took out mid-shift, and correct it if you mistyped it THE PROTOCOL • A signed protocol with a running number, the time, and who counted • Once signed it never changes — a correction is a new count, like on paper • What stays in the till for tomorrow and what goes to the safe • Send it as a PDF or print it BUILT FOR REAL SHIFTS • Works completely offline, on your phone • No account, no sign-up, no cloud • No ads — ever • Your counts never leave the device WHO IT IS FOR Shops, bars and cafés, market stalls, food trucks, clubs and associations, anyone who has to say at the end of the day how much was in the drawer and why. FREE AND PLUS Counting one register, reconciling it and signing the protocol are free forever, with no ads. Tillsheet Plus adds more registers, the full archive, PDF export and printing, blind counting, your own tolerance, and your business name on every protocol.
