INR Wizard is a patient-entered journal for organising INR and anticoagulation records on iPhone. Record and review: • Home-meter and laboratory INR results, with dates, times, notes and optional method details • Physician details and a clinician-provided INR range • Anticoagulant names, routes, tablet strengths, prescribed instructions and weekly schedules • Reminders for recorded schedule times • Whether a scheduled dose was taken as recorded, taken in a different amount, skipped, missed or uncertain • Symptoms and injuries noticed while taking warfarin • Descriptive comparisons of paired home and laboratory results Create clear date-range PDF reports for sharing with a healthcare professional. The app and reports support English. Journal data is stored locally on the iPhone. You can create a password-encrypted backup and choose where to export it.
