Small Things Keeper

Small Things Keeper is not another to-do list that keeps pushing you. It is a calm place to leave small, unfinished thoughts until you are ready to handle them. When you remember an appointment, a return, a household task, or something you might buy but do not urgently need, write it down or say it aloud. The app can identify separate tasks, times, and categories, then lets you review everything before saving. At the processing times you choose, those small things return in one manageable batch. Key features: • Capture several tasks at once and review the split before saving • Daily, weekday, Monday-Wednesday-Friday, or custom processing windows • 10, 20, or 30 minute limits for each processing session • A default 72-hour cooldown for non-essential purchases • Clear outcomes: complete, cancel, defer, or record what is blocking you • Gentle progress that grows a tree without streak pressure or penalties • Full local use without an account • Optional Sign in with Apple to associate a local snapshot with your account • Export or delete local data, and permanently delete a cloud account in the app About smart sorting: Only after you consent, text that you actively submit is sent through Supabase to DeepSeek to identify tasks, times, and categories. You can turn smart sorting off at any time and continue with basic local sorting. Small Things Keeper does not read other apps and cannot purchase, pay, book appointments, or send messages for you. The goal is not to turn life into a productivity contest. It is to reduce the small background processes occupying your attention, so you can keep that attention for what matters.
