About
CPAP Companion is a private, offline log for your PAP therapy. Type in what your machine shows you each morning, and it keeps the record your sleep clinician actually asks for. NIGHTLY LOG Enter your hours, AHI and leak rate from your machine's own display. Tag any side effects — dry mouth, swallowed air, congestion, mask soreness, rainout — and add a note. One entry per morning, so your record stays clean. ADHERENCE AT A GLANCE A dashboard gauge shows last night against the 4-hour mark, and a meter tracks the 4-hours-on-70%-of-nights rule that US insurers use. Nights you did not log count against you, because that is how insurers count them. A streak counter keeps the habit visible. TRENDS Thirty days of hours, AHI and leak in clear charts, with reference lines at the thresholds that matter. Averages skip the nights you did not record, so a blank never reads as a perfect score. SUPPLY TRACKER Masks, cushions, headgear, filters, tubing and humidifier chambers wear out on a schedule. Track what you have, see what is due, and mark a replacement in one tap. Defaults follow the standard US Medicare replacement cadence and are fully editable to match your own plan. REMINDERS A bedtime nudge at the time you choose, and a supply alert as many days ahead as you want. Both free. DOCTOR REPORT Export a one-page PDF summary — nights logged, average use, nights over four hours, average AHI and leak, side-effect tally and the full nightly table — to bring to your next appointment. Or export CSV for your own spreadsheet. CSV is always free. MULTIPLE MACHINES Track more than one machine, including bi-level devices with separate IPAP and EPAP pressures. Your prescribed pressure, ramp and humidifier settings stay with each one. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No cloud. No analytics. Nothing leaves your phone unless you export it yourself and choose where it goes. FREE • Log every night, forever • 30 days of history • 1 machine, 3 tracked supplies • All reminders • CSV export PREMIUM • Unlimited history — every night you have ever logged • Unlimited machines and supplies • Unlimited doctor-ready PDF reports • Insurance replacement calendar and alerts Monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime unlock. IMPORTANT CPAP Companion is a personal log and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or monitor sleep apnea, and it does not replace professional medical advice. Every value is entered by you, typed from your own machine's display — the app does not connect to your machine and does not measure anything. Always follow your sleep clinician's instructions.
