Homeschool Record Keeper

Homeschool Record Keeper is a private, offline record book for homeschooling families. Log what you taught, track the days and hours you are required to show, keep grades and work samples, and turn all of it into a document whenever someone asks for one. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP • Lessons — subject, date, minutes, title and notes, in a date-grouped timeline • Attendance — tap a calendar to mark school days; add a manual hours override for a day that does not fit the lesson log • Subjects — colour-coded, with optional credit hours for the transcript • Grades — letter, percentage or Pass/Fail, per subject, with a running GPA • Portfolio — photos of your child's work, captioned and filed by subject • School years — several per child, with one active at a time WHAT YOU GET BACK • An attendance ring showing days and hours against your requirement, with a marker for how far through the school year you actually are — so "am I on pace" is one glance, not a calculation • On track, behind, or complete, at a glance • A projected finish date at your current logging rate • A credit-weighted GPA that matches the transcript exactly • A parent-issued transcript, an attendance and hours report, and a portfolio summary, as PDF or CSV • A daily reminder to log, at a time you choose REQUIREMENT PRESETS Start from a preset for a handful of US states, or enter your own day and hour targets. The presets are a convenience only — they may be out of date, and you should confirm current requirements with your own authority. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account and no cloud. Everything stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and the only way data leaves the app is when you choose to share an export yourself. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: one child, 20 portfolio photos, six months of visible history, all reports with a watermark, and every logging feature. Premium: unlimited children, unlimited portfolio photos, your full history, and watermark-free exports. IMPORTANT Homeschool Record Keeper is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal or education advice, it is not affiliated with any government or education authority, and the transcript it produces is parent-issued rather than accredited. Verify your current requirements with your own authority.
