PROPERTIES AND LEASES Store each property with its address and the details of its lease. Set the rent and whether it is paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and Rentiuno generates the payment schedule from the lease dates. Schedule a rent increase and every future period is repriced from that date. RENT TRACKING THAT ADDS UP Log a payment once and Rentiuno works out which periods it covers, filling the oldest outstanding one first. You see the split period by period before you save it. Part payments, overpayments and rent discounts are all handled, and any surplus is carried forward as credit. TENANTS Keep tenant contact details against the lease, with one nominated as the main contact. Tap to email or call. RECEIPTS AND REIMBURSEMENTS Email your tenant a rent receipt in a couple of taps, showing exactly which periods it covers and the date rent is paid up to.
