About

Pulo reads your night and tells you what to do today. Not «great job», not «here are 12 programs to choose from» - a decision: train as planned, do half, or rest. SET COUNTING IS IN BETA, AND WE SAY SO Leave the phone in your bag: for the basic dumbbell and bodyweight movements Apple Watch counts the reps itself. The rest you log with a single tap on your wrist, and the app says plainly which exercises the watch counts and which you log. We do not pretend to do more: the model was trained on other people's hardware, and teaching it more exercises needs recordings from Apple Watch itself. Helping is voluntary - the collection mode records the movement together with your own "how many it really was". Anonymous, not tied to your identity, switchable off at any time. Weight, tonnage and personal records add up either way. READINESS, NOT GUESSWORK One number from 0 to 100: how much your body actually recovered today. Built from Apple Watch night data - heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and respiratory rate - and compared to your own 28-day baseline, not someone else's table. No extra band required. Every number opens up: what dropped, by how much, and why that makes today a 62 instead of an 80. WHAT IS LEFT RIGHT NOW Readiness is the state you woke up in. Energy gets spent during the day, so Pulo shows a second number: what is left for the evening after a morning run or a heavy day. The evening session is adjusted against that number. A PLAN THAT MOVES WITH YOU The week is built from your settings: how many gym days, which days, and what else you do - running, yoga, swimming, sauna. Then your state edits it: normal - train as planned; recovery incomplete - a quarter of the volume goes, no sets to failure; body not recovered - the gym session is dropped and cardio is halved. You always see what changed and why. A COACH THAT SAYS WHAT TO DO Not just charts. Two or three concrete actions for today: move the gym to a free day, run in the morning because the gym is tonight, spread two sessions apart, sleep earlier after a short night, close the week while free days remain. All computed on device - no network, no paywall. THE WHOLE DAY, NOT JUST THE GYM A day is a list of sessions. A run in the morning, the gym in the evening, sauna after - each with its own time, target and status, each one moved or shortened on its own. Massage, banya and spa live in the plan too, without counting as load. GOT SICK? SAY IT ONCE A week with a fever should not look like a failure. Record the day you got sick: those days stop being misses, planned sessions are cleared, and the plan stays quiet until you recover. THE BIG SCREEN WHEN YOU TRAIN AT HOME Apple TV shows the current set, a live rep counter, the rest timer and the whole plan on the side - readable from across the room, mid-set. The TV only displays: starting, finishing and confirming a set happen on the watch. SUPPLEMENTS NEXT TO TRAINING Creatine, protein, magnesium, omega-3 - by intake time, in the same day schedule as your sessions. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Readiness, muscle fatigue and set counting are computed on iPhone and Apple Watch. Readiness history never leaves the device. Sync between your own devices goes through your iCloud. HRV, sleep and body weight never reach the TV. REQUIREMENTS iPhone with iOS 26. Apple Watch for readiness and set counting - without one you still get the plan, supplements and analytics. Data is read from Apple Health. Pulo is not a medical app and does not diagnose. If something hurts, see a doctor, not an app.Read more
