About
Some days you cannot remember whether you took your pill. Lunch was late, the day got away from you, and now you are standing in the kitchen trying to reconstruct the afternoon. One Push Pill Tracker answers that one question, fast. EVERYTHING ON ONE SCREEN Your pills are big buttons. Red means you have not taken it today. Green means you have. One tap logs the dose and stamps the exact time, so the button reads back "Last taken today at 3:55 PM." No menus, no scrolling, no setup ritual. BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE DOSE A DAY Take something twice a day? The button turns amber after the first dose and green only when the day is done, so a half-finished day never looks finished. IMPORT FROM APPLE HEALTH Pull your medication list straight out of the Health app, including prescriptions shared with Health by your provider. Tick the ones you want and they are added. No typing drug names. KEEP AN EYE ON THE BOTTLE Optionally enter how many pills you have. The count goes down as you tap, tells you roughly how many days you have left, and quietly warns you when you are running low. It stays out of the way until you need it. A RECORD YOU CAN HAND SOMEONE Every dose is kept with its timestamp. Browse it day by day, or export the whole history as a CSV spreadsheet for your own records or your next appointment — including the days you missed. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads, nothing uploaded anywhere. Health data is read only, and never leaves the device. Free, with nothing to buy. One Push Pill Tracker records what you tell it. It is not a medical device, does not give medical advice, and is not a substitute for your doctor or pharmacist.Read more

Versions
- Version 1.2First seen · 7 Oct 2026
Pills you take more than once a day now change colour as the day goes on — red, then orange, then yellow, then green once you're done. A pill taken 1 of 4 times no longer looks the same as one taken 3 of 4.
