About

Bestie builds you a strength programme and then tells you why. Most training apps hand you a list of exercises. Bestie shows you the movement, names the muscles doing the work, cites where the numbers came from, and changes the plan when your body says so. BUILT AROUND WHAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE Tell Bestie your goal, your equipment, how many days a week you can train and how long you have. A pair of dumbbells and thirty minutes gets a real programme, not a watered-down version of a gym one. Sessions are built from your answers, not picked from a shelf. YOU CAN SEE THE MOVEMENT Every exercise has an animation drawn from joint angles rather than a stock video, so it never buffers, never goes missing and never shows a man in a gym you do not train in. Switch to the muscle view and the same figure shows you which muscles do the work and which ones help. Where we have measured activation from a published study, we say so and we name the study. Where we do not, we say that too. Bestie will never invent a number to sound confident. IT ADAPTS TO A REAL BODY Tell Bestie something is sore and it does not just lower the weight — it swaps the exercises that load it, and shows you what it changed and why. On a day when the honest answer is rest, it says rest. Bestie also understands the menstrual cycle. Not as a gimmick and not as an excuse: as one more piece of information about the week you are actually having. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Log your sets in a couple of taps. Bestie remembers what you lifted, suggests what to lift next, and shows you eight weeks of movement at a glance — what went up, what stalled, and what you have not trained in a while. WHAT BESTIE IS NOT No calorie counting. No before-and-after photos. No feed, no followers, no comparing yourself to a stranger. No advice about shrinking. This is an app about getting strong, for women who want to know what they are doing and why. Bestie is not a substitute for medical advice. If something hurts in a way that worries you, see a professional.Read more
