About

FitFuel builds a week of meals that hit your calorie and protein targets without blowing your grocery budget, then pairs it with strength workouts short enough to fit before the school run or after a night shift. Most meal planners assume money is no object. FitFuel starts with your weekly budget in Australian dollars and works backwards, so what you plan is what you can actually afford to buy. Your 7-day plan is built from your goal, calorie target, protein target and grocery budget. If a week runs over, the budget optimiser swaps ingredients and can suggest a cheaper supermarket to bring the total back under budget, no spreadsheet required. Shopping is sorted by aisle, with a running cost estimate as you add items and pantry-aware exclusions so you are not rebuying what you already have. Tick things off as you shop and watch the total track against your budget in real time. Not keen on a meal? Swap it from a library of 29 recipes built from 44 common Australian supermarket ingredients, each with a photo and per-serve macros, so swaps stay simple rather than turning into a research project. On the training side, workouts are short, time-under-tension sessions with guided set and rest timers, a quiet mode for shared spaces, and a genuine stop-anytime design. There is no guilt if life gets in the way halfway through a set. Progression is technique-first. Weight only goes up by 1.25 to 2.5 kilograms once every set has been completed and rated easy, so you build strength without chasing numbers you are not ready for. A progress dashboard keeps an eye on your weight trend, strength gains per lift and weekly grocery spend against budget, all in one place. Built-in safety guardrails, including calorie floors of 1400 and 1600 kcal, keep the plan sensible rather than extreme. FitFuel is for busy Australians, especially parents and shift workers, who want to eat well and train consistently without a two-hour gym session or a grocery bill that keeps climbing. Download FitFuel and build a week of meals and short workouts that actually fit your budget and your life. --- FitFuel Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription: A$9.99 per month or A$59.99 per year, each starting with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
